1 cup rice  with  ½ cup dal  and  ½ cup palak sabzi with ½ cup low-fat curd

1 cup of wheat upma and  ½ cup green beans sabzi

Wednesday

2 Methi Parata  with 1 tbsp green chutney

1 fruit of your choice

1 cup rice with chicken curry (150 gm chicken)  and 1 cup cucumber salad

1 cup light tea with ½ cup brown rice poha

2 wheat Dosas with  ½ cup bitter guard sabzi.

Thursday

1 cup Vegetable Upma (oats) with  ½ glass low-fat milk

1 cup Raw/grilled vegetables with plain yoghurt

½ cup rice with 2 chapatis and ½ cup Rajma or Kidney bean curry 

1 cup light tea and  1 cup boiled chana

2 chapatis with  ½ cup mixed vegetable 

Friday

1 cup mixed veg Poha with  ½ glass low-fat milk

1 Fruit of your choice

½ cup rice with 2 chapatis and  ½ cup Rajma or Kidney bean curry 

1 cup tea with  2 Oatmeal biscuits

2 chapatis  with  ½ cup Ridge gourd (toree) sabzi

Saturday

2 uthappam with  green chutney

1 cup boiled chana

1 cup rice  with ½ cup soya chunk curry and  ½ cup ladies finger (bhindi) sabzi 

1 Fruit of your choice

1 cup broken wheat upma with ½ cup green beans sabzi
