getmymettle.com does not entertain returns after the order is successfully dispatched. Buyers are requested to place the order only if they agree with this term. getmymettle.com will accept the exchange of the products purchased through the website getmymettle.com, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below: Exchange requests will be entertained only in case the product(s) received by the buyer are in damaged or expired condition. The buyer has to inform getmymettle.com of his/her intention to exchange the broken products within 48 hrs of receipt of the goods at his/her shipping address. What happens if I receive a fake product?

Please be informed that at getmymettle, we do not have any 3rd party sellers.
This means that 100% of the products listed on our website are delivered directly by us in our own warehouse only. That is why we/you do not have to rely on anyone else to send an authentic product.
Hence there is no possibility of you receiving a fake product as all the products will be fulfilled & delivered by getmymettle.com.
If you require assistance with authenticity verification, you can contact the brand customer support directly and share product images/batch numbers.

Cancellation & Refund Policy.

You cannot cancel the order and demand a refund once the order is successfully dispatched. Refund requests will only be considered in the following cases.

In case You are not satisfied with Your order, We offer a full refund only if the Goods are eligible for a return. In order to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days.
• The Goods are in the original packaging.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
• The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
• The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
• The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Order that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
