- Lay on the ground facing down.
- Straighten your legs keeping them together
- Extend your arms away from your body directly over your head with your palms facing the ground
- Start pushing the air out of lungs and pulling in the stomach towards your spine as hard as you can.
- Hold this air vaccum inside your stomach as long as you can.
- Slowly start breathing in and reset the breathing.

2nd Way to do the Stomach Vacuum
- Start with your palms, toes and knees touching the ground
- Make sure your spine is straight and plams are placed direclty below the respective shoulders.
- Push out all the air from your system and pull in the stomach as high as you can.
