1st Way to do the Stomach Vacuum

  1. Lay on the ground facing down.
  2. Straighten your legs keeping them together
  3. Extend your arms away from your body directly over your head with your palms facing the ground
  4. Start pushing the air out of lungs and pulling in the stomach towards your spine as hard as you can.
  5. Hold this air vaccum inside your stomach as long as you can.
  6. Slowly start breathing in and reset the breathing.
  7. Repeat above mentioned steps.
  8. Magical 6 abs appear

2nd Way to do the Stomach Vacuum

  1. Start with your palms, toes and knees touching the ground
  2. Make sure your spine is straight and plams are placed direclty below the respective shoulders.
  3. Push out all the air from your system and pull in the stomach as high as you can.
  4. To make it a little intense, try pumping the stomach a few times but make sure not breath in.
  5. Slowly breath in and reset the breathing pattern.

  1. Sit straight on the chair.
  2. Place the palms on your thighs.
  3. Flush out the air from your lungs and pull in the stomach towards the spine.
